Riverbourne from Esquire Developments is a collection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, located on the Hoo Peninsula near Rochester in Kent.
The development is close to the River Medway, across from the Historic Dockyard in Chatham. Therefore, we gave the branding a nautical feel, using a compass icon in collateral to take the reader on a voyage of discovery. The brochure cover features a GF Smith board with two different foils.
As well as development branding, we've also taken care of brochure design and print management, photography, copywriting, hoarding and signage creative, and website CMS management.
