Located in the picturesque coastal town of Folkestone, Kent, Clifton Crescent dates back to the 1870s when the stylish villas were built to a design by Decimus Burton. No.3 Clifton Crescent is a collection of eleven new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments by Texo New Homes, which have restored the building to its former glory.
We were invited to create the development identity for No.3 plus the marketing collateral for the 24 page sales brochure. This included CGI, image manipulation and print management.
