Hambrook Gate is a prestigious development of ten individually designed properties located in the picturesque village of Lenham, developed by Texo New Homes.
Lenham is a market village situated on the southern edge of the North Downs between Maidstone and Ashford. Our brief was to create and design a bespoke property brochure and marketing collateral that would reflect how the development rests in the tranquil setting just off the market square in the village.
The selection includes a selection of premium 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes. Texo New Homes aimed to showcase their exacting standards and exceptional craftmanship and to bring to market some of the most thoughtfully considered homes in the county.
