The Foundry is a development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes from Esquire Developments in the Wealden village of Horsmonden, Kent.
Our creative concept for the sales brochure reflects the area’s gun-making history. The development takes its name from a former iron foundry which once supplied guns for the English and Dutch navies and for the army of King Charles I. In 1613 200 men were employed at these iron works.
We were briefed to provide the development identity, sales brochure design and print, local area photography and copywriting.
