Foxglove Mews from Esquire Developments is a small but significant development of eight new 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in the rural outskirts of Rainham in Kent.
We created the development identity and produced much of the marketing collateral, including the sales brochure and site hoarding creative. The client was particularly pleased with the square format brochure, featuring bold statements and striking full-page duotone imagery.
